Position Overview
We are seeking internationally trained nurses ready to establish long-term careers in Germany’s healthcare sector. This program offers a structured pathway to recognition, including language training up to B2, licensing support, and full relocation services. Candidates receive dedicated guidance at every step—from certified document processing to paid adaptation training and hospital onboarding—ensuring a smooth, compliant, and career-building transition into the German workforce.
Responsibilities
- Complete German language training up to B1/B2 and pass the B1 exam.
- Prepare and submit certified documents for recognition with authorities.
- Participate in interview preparation for employers and embassy appointments.
- Attend adaptation training in Germany leading to full professional recognition.
- Integrate into assigned healthcare institutions and follow German labor law standards.
- Commit to program requirements, fee installments, and compliance protocols.
Must Have
- Valid nursing diploma (minimum 3 years of study).
- Valid passport (at least 18 months validity).
- Age under 39 at the time of application.
- Willingness to complete German language training and pass B1 exam before relocation.
- Ability to provide certified and translated copies of all required documents.
