Taking client satisfaction as a top priority, we prepared this Quality Manuel, specifying the general requirements for DastN competence towards a management system for quality, administrative and technical operations. Based on it, DastN needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide services, meeting the clients and applicable requirements and aims to enhance client satisfaction through effective application of the system. This Manuel meets the applicable regulatory and statutory requirements, ISO 9001:2015 requirements, and is supported by additional procedures.
