  • Graduation certificate and university transcript for Master’s or postgraduate studies.
• German language certificate required before the embassy appointment.

• Passport copy required for opening the blocked bank account.

• Educational and scientific training certificates.
• Recommendation letters from university professors or instructors.
• Proof of volunteer activities.
• Professional experience certificates (if applicable).

Before the Embassy Appointment:

The applicant must prepare:

• Civil registry extract.
• Certificate of good conduct / non-criminal record certificate.
• German language certificate at the required level.
