Position Overview
The UX Developer is responsible for continuously analysing and improving business processes and user experiences across all customer touchpoints. This role focuses on evaluating the customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities, and implementing design solutions that enhance usability, satisfaction and efficiency. By staying abreast of global UX trends and collaborating with stakeholders—including customers, employees, agents and partners—the UX Developer ensures that the company’s products and services deliver a seamless, enjoyable and valuable experience while adhering to quality standards and internal policies.

Responsibilities
- Business & User Experience Analysis: Continuously analyze workflows and customer interactions to identify pain points and propose improvements.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on global UX trends and integrate best practices into design and development.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Create and refine journey maps, simplify processes, and ensure a seamless end‑to‑end user experience.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with customers, employees, and partners to collect feedback through usability testing and workshops.
- Recommendations & Implementation: Present actionable UX solutions and work with cross‑functional teams to implement enhancements.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all improvements meet internal standards, GDPR requirements, and corporate policies, while monitoring post‑implementation performance.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2-4 years Experience in UX/UI design with proficiency in user research, prototyping and usability testing.
- Familiarity with design tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Google Analytics).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile or similar development methodologies is advantageous.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Continuous learner who stays updated on industry trends and new technologies.
- Adaptable and collaborative, comfortable working within interdisciplinary teams.
- Committed to user-centric design and maintaining data privacy and ethical standards.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
- Multilingual skills (B2 English and A1/A2 German required; Arabic or French is a plus).
- Familiarity with European relocation services, visa procedures, or expat communities.
- Experience using CRM/ERP systems such as Odoo.
