We’re seeking an Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the way in customizing and deploying Odoo Enterprise for our needs.
Position Overview
The Consulting Manager (Sales Manager) is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic market expansion, effective sales process management, and high-performing team leadership. This position oversees the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract handover, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and exceptional client experience. The role requires a dynamic leader with proven sales management experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to align sales activities with the company’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies & targets aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Lead and mentor the sales team (executives & assistants), monitor performance, and provide coaching.
- Manage the sales pipeline & forecasts using CRM (Odoo) to ensure accuracy and balance workloads.
- Handle key negotiations & accounts, resolving complex client issues and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes, CRM protocols, GDPR, and quality standards.
- Analyze market trends & competitors to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance for smooth lead generation, onboarding, and payment tracking.
- Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in conversion rates, client satisfaction, and team efficiency.
Must Have
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- +7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments. •
- • Strong leadership, team-building, and coaching skills.
- • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
- • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Odoo CRM preferred) and MS Office Suite.
- • knowledge of relocation and visa.
- • Understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
Preferred Skills
- • Master’s degree in Business or related field.
- • Experience in the relocation, recruitment, or professional services sectors.
- • Multilingual capabilities (German and English required; additional languages an advantage).
