Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures the effective implementation and continuous improvement of DastN’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GDPR). The role encompasses conducting audits, verifying compliance, maintaining documentation, and supporting training and reporting across departments. By safeguarding efficiency, security, and accuracy in workflows and data handling, the QA Specialist upholds DastN’s reputation for excellence, compliance, and trustworthiness in all services.

Responsibilities
- Quality Monitoring & Verification Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/27001 standards through routine checks, process reviews, and corrective actions.
- Auditing & Compliance Tracking Assist in internal audits, maintain audit logs, verify documentation accuracy, and support external audit readiness.
- Documentation & Policy Management Update manuals, SOPs, and workflows; enforce version control and confidentiality; prepare compliance and improvement reports.
- Training & Awareness Support delivery of ISO and data privacy training, track participation, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Information Security & Data Privacy Monitor adherence to cybersecurity and GDPR policies, collaborate with IT/Operations, and escalate risks when necessary.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement Produce regular audit and compliance reports, analyze quality metrics, and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- 2–4 years of experience in quality assurance, audit, or compliance roles (experience in ISO-certified organizations is preferred).
- Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GDPR, and related EU compliance frameworks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage documentation, data accuracy, and reporting in ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in English (German language is an advantage).
- Certification as Internal Quality Auditor (ISO 9001/27001) is desirable.

- Experience planning webinars or digital events
- Knowledge of visa, relocation, or international service procedures.
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection practices.
- Ethical and compliant approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Multilingual capabilities (German /A1-A2/- and English /B1- B2/ required; additional languages an advantage).
