Position Overview
The QA Manager leads the development and maintenance of DastN’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and EU/German data protection standards. This role oversees audits, documentation, and certification readiness, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all departments. By safeguarding processes and data integrity, the QA Manager upholds DastN’s reputation for reliability, security, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- QMS Development: Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
- Audit & Compliance: Lead internal audits, coordinate external certifications, and ensure GDPR and cybersecurity compliance.
- Certification Management: Manage accreditation processes, liaise with certification bodies, and maintain readiness for audits.
- Policy & Governance: Develop and enforce internal policies on data protection, information security, and operational efficiency.
- Training & Improvement: Deliver training programs, promote ISO awareness, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Reporting & KPIs: Prepare management reports, monitor quality KPIs, and recommend strategic improvements.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or ISO management systems, preferably within international service or technology organizations.
- Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and/or ISO 27001:2017 Lead Implementer (TÜV, BSI, or equivalent certification required).
- Strong understanding of German and EU compliance frameworks, including GDPR, IT Security Act (IT-SiG), and Data Insurance standards.
- Proven experience in process documentation, audit coordination, and certification maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Quality Management Systems (QMS) Expertise (ISO 9001, 27001)

- Knowledge of visa, relocation, or international service procedures.
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection practices.
- Ethical and compliant approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Multilingual capabilities (German /B2/- and English /B2 - C1/ required; additional languages an advantage).
