Project Coordinator
Position Overview
Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects to ensure timely
delivery and alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional
teams to manage tasks, timelines, and communication.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers with project planning, documentation, and reporting.
- Track project deliverables and timelines, coordinating across departments and
stakeholders.
- Organize and schedule meetings, maintain project calendars, and document
decisions.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and follow-up.
- Identify and help resolve issues or bottlenecks during the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to process improvements and team organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Typically, 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or support roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
