"We are looking for a Profile Upgrade Specialist to join our Relocation Operations team, ensuring client profiles are accurately updated, optimized, and compliant with our standards."

Position Overview

The Profile Upgrade Specialist develops and enhances candidates’ résumés (CVs) and associated documents—such as motivation letters and cover letters to align with the requirements of the German job market and the targeted role. The specialist conducts detailed interviews to analyse candidates’ skills, experiences and personal attributes, identifies strengths and weaknesses and builds a comprehensive profile that highlights appropriate keywords. They coordinate with the Assessment Specialist to recommend training courses or skill development needed to strengthen the candidate’s profile.

Responsibilities

  • Analysing and Evaluating Profiles  Conduct in‑depth interviews with candidates to understand their career trajectory, experience, talents, hobbies, technical and soft skills, and personal strengths and weaknesses
    Identify potential career paths based on market demand and the candidate’s aspirations, recommending the most suitable route or combination of paths.
  • Building and Enhancing CVs and Letters. Draft professional résumés that include only relevant and verifiable information, selecting the experience certificates that should be emphasised , Write motivation letters and cover letters tailored to the future roles, highlighting the candidate’s strengths and presenting them effectively , Ensure language and structure compliance with German requirements and customise keywords for each targeted job.
  • Identifying Keywords and Skills Select job‑relevant keywords associated with the candidate’s skills and experience to improve matching with job descriptions, Determine which skills should be highlighted, merged, removed or strengthened based on market demand.
  • Developing Improvement Plans ,Coordinate with the Assessment Specialist to suggest training courses or programmes necessary to develop the candidate’s required skills, Provide recommendations on new skills to learn or areas to enhance to improve employment prospects.
  • Ensuring Alignment with Future Roles, Ensure the CV and personal profile accurately reflect the skills and experiences required for the targeted position,  Adjust the candidate’s profile to align with one or multiple career paths as needed, based on the defined vision and goals.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in writing and improving résumés and cover letters, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the German labor market requirements and résumé preparation standards, including relevant legal and regulatory factors.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate professional and personal competencies.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and German, with strong editing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct interviews and analyse candidate needs.
  • Attention to detail to ensure professional writing and formatting.
  • Creativity and flexibility in presenting experiences and turning them into clear strengths.
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and coordinate efforts with the Assessment Specialist

  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
  • Multilingual capabilities (German /A1-A2/- and English /B1- B2/ required; additional languages an advantage).
