Position Overview

Managing the entire product lifecycle, from conception and development to launch and ongoing improvements. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs to drive product success and enhance the organization's offerings.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and continuous improvement of products.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and product gaps, informing product strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment throughout the product development process.
  • Develop and prioritize product roadmaps, defining clear objectives and key results (OKRs) while adapting to changing market conditions and customer feedback.
  • Communicate product vision and strategies effectively to stakeholders, ensuring their alignment and engagement throughout the lifecycle.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering and analyzing relevant data to inform ongoing product optimizations and enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for customer needs and ensuring that product features effectively meet those needs.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is typically required. For technical products, a technical degree can be highly beneficial.
  • Experience managing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and ongoing product improvements.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and understanding customer needs to define product strategies.
  • Typically, 3-7 years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
