Position Overview
As our Meat Chef, you’ll take the lead in preparing, seasoning, and cooking a variety of meat-based dishes—from grilled cuts to slow-cooked specialties. This is a hands-on, full-time kitchen role ideal for someone who knows their way around lamb, beef, and poultry—and who brings precision, hygiene, and speed to every task.

Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and classify fresh meats by type and intended use
- Cut meats with precision: slicing, cubing, and mincing as needed
- Prepare meats for grilling, cooking, or oven-baking according to established recipes
- Execute a variety of meat dishes, including stews, oven roasts, and regional specialties
- Season meats using a blend of Eastern and European spices
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Coordinate daily with the head chef and broader kitchen team
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in meat preparation within a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of different meat types (beef, lamb, poultry) and preparation techniques
- Vocational training certificate or validated experience certificate from a recognized institution (inside or outside Germany)
- Proficiency in Arabic and German; English is a plus
- High attention to cleanliness, speed, and precision in execution
- Ability to perform under pressure and work within a multicultural team environment
