We’re seeking an Marketing Manger to lead the company’s global marketing strategy, brand architecture, and growth initiatives.

This role integrates strategic leadership with operational execution — aligning marketing, automation, and credibility-building efforts to position DastN as a trusted global partner in relocation, digital transformation, and consulting services.
The position plays a pivotal role in connecting business strategy, customer
engagement, and technology-driven marketing to achieve sustainable brand growth
and measurable business results.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and lead marketing vision, go-to-market strategies, and annual plans aligned with business goals.
- Brand Management: Build and evolve DastN’s global brand identity, ensuring consistency and credibility across all channels.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee integrated campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social, Email, Automation), optimize CAC/ROAS, and leverage analytics for ROI.
- Growth & Partnerships: Expand market presence, develop co-marketing programs, and manage global partner relationships.
- Leadership: Mentor a multidisciplinary team, foster innovation, and align marketing with automation initiatives.
- Reporting: Deliver executive-level performance reports and data-driven insights to guide strategy and investment.
Must Have
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: +7 years of marketing leadership experience in consulting, relocation, or digital services.
- Proven expertise in brand management, digital growth, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Experience using ERP systems such as Odoo ERP, Strong understanding of ERP-integrated marketing and process automation.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing technologies: CRM , automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
- Multilingual skills (C1 in English and B2 in German required).
- Familiarity with European relocation services, visa procedures, or expat communities.
