Position Overview
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be at the core of how we manage relationships, deliver content, and represent our brand. From running digital events to coordinating internal campaigns, you'll ensure marketing efforts are on-brand, on-time, and client-ready.

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Lead the development of client success stories and case studies, ensuring messaging aligns with our brand and strategy.
- Event Coordination: Plan and manage webinars, digital events, and association collaborations.
- Internal Marketing: Support internal communications like newsletters and briefings.
- Employee Projects: Organize and oversee initiatives such as the Employee Photography Project.
- System Tracking: Use Odoo to manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables for marketing projects.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
Must Have
- 2–4 years in marketing coordination, client communication, or project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication, especially in client-facing interactions
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools (Odoo is a strong plus)

- Experience planning webinars or digital events
- Understanding of brand storytelling and content strategy
- Creative thinker with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
