Position Overview
The Job Interview Preparation Specialist ensures that candidates are fully prepared for interviews with partner companies by enhancing their confidence, readiness, and understanding of employer expectations. This role transforms professional qualifications into interview success through coaching, research, and structured preparation. Acting as the final stage of candidate readiness, the specialist guarantees that every candidate enters interviews informed, motivated, and equipped to succeed — reinforcing both hiring outcomes and the company’s reputation in international relocation and staffing.

Responsibilities
- Candidate Readiness & Orientation: Assess candidate preparedness, review job descriptions and company background, provide guidance on employer expectations, and help candidates align their strengths with role requirements.
- Interview Coaching & Mock Sessions: Conduct mock interviews, evaluate responses, deliver constructive feedback, and provide coaching materials covering common questions, behavioral techniques, and best practices.
- Specialized Preparation & Collaboration: Coordinate with external trainers or assessors for technical or language-focused preparation, ensure candidates receive necessary sessions, and document all activities in ERP systems.
- Documentation & Feedback Management: Record preparation notes, track interview outcomes, collect candidate insights, and recommend improvements to enhance future preparation frameworks.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in candidate coaching, training, or recruitment support (international or relocation experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of job interview methodologies, employer expectations, and HR evaluation standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to coach and motivate individuals.
- Familiarity with professional assessment tools, online research methods, and digital training platforms.
- Proficiency in English (German language is an asset).
- Organized, empathetic, and confident in guiding diverse candidate profiles.
