Position Overview
We are seeking professional drivers ready to establish secure careers in Germany’s transport industry. This program offers a structured pathway to legal employment, including German language training up to A2, support for driving license conversion, and complete relocation services. Candidates receive dedicated guidance at every step, from document preparation and contract signing to visa processing, arrival support, and integration—ensuring a smooth, compliant, and future-oriented transition into the German workforce.
Responsibilities
- Complete German language training up to A2 and pass the basic language exam.
- Prepare and submit certified documents required for employment and visa processing.
- Participate in interview preparation for German employers and embassy appointments.
- Attend qualification training in Germany to convert and validate your driving license.
- Adhere to German road-safety standards and follow transport company regulations.
- Integrate into assigned logistics or transportation companies according to German labor laws.
- Commit to program requirements, fee installments, and compliance protocols.
Must Have
- Valid driving license (truck, bus, or vehicle), issued at least 2 years ago.
- Proven driving experience (certificate, reference, or employment record).
- Valid passport with at least 18 months validity.
- Age under 44 at the time of application (priority for applicants under 39).
- Willingness to learn German up to A2 level before relocation.
- Ability to provide certified and translated copies of all required documents.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience operating trucks, buses, or commercial vehicles.
- Familiarity with road-safety protocols and long-distance driving.
