We are looking for a dynamic Influencers Coordinator to join our marketing team and help expand DastN’s global reach through strategic partnerships with online creators.

Position Overview

The Influencers Coordinator works within DastN’s marketing department to build a network of online influencers that promote the company’s services and brand. The role involves researching and engaging with suitable influencers, negotiating and coordinating promotional campaigns, tracking campaign outcomes, monitoring clients generated through these relationships and preparing regular performance reports.

Responsibilities

  • Influencer Research & Outreach Identify, evaluate, and engage relevant influencers across social media platforms to build strong partnerships aligned with DastN’s brand strategy
  • Campaign Coordination Collaborate with the marketing team to design and manage influencer campaigns, issue referral codes/links, and ensure all content meets brand standards and ethics.
  • Performance & Client Follow‑Up Monitor campaign metrics (views, clicks, conversions), track clients acquired through influencer efforts, and maintain effective communication with influencers and internal teams.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement Prepare performance reports, analyze results, and recommend improvements to optimize future influencer campaigns and maximize ROI.

Must Have

  • Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media or a related field.
  • 2-4 years Previous experience in influencer marketing or digital partnership management.
  • Strong research, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and monitor performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital campaign management tools.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages such as German or Arabic is a plus.
  • Passion for communication and innovation in marketing.
  • Detail‑oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM/ERP systems such as Odoo.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
  • Multilingual skills (B2/C1 in English required; A2/B1 in German ).
  • Familiarity with European relocation services, visa procedures, or expat communities
