Position Overview
DastN GmbH is seeking a proactive
and experienced HR Officer to lead and manage all human resources functions
within the organization. This position requires a well-rounded HR professional capable
of handling both strategic planning and day-to-day HR operations. The HR
Officer will act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters and
will play a vital role in shaping and implementing HR policies, processes, and
culture in line with company goals and German labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Align HR strategies with company goals. Set KPIs, analyze trends, and propose solutions.
- Manage full-cycle hiring. Collaborate with teams on workforce planning. Ensure smooth onboarding.
- Address employee concerns. Drive engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Oversee reviews, goal-setting, and feedback. Document performance metrics
- Update policies/handbook. Ensure compliance with German labor laws (Arbeitsrecht) and GDPR.
- Identify skill gaps. Organize training programs and track participation.
- Maintain employee records (digital/physical). Manage contracts, exits, and HRIS tools.
- Support payroll processing. Track leaves, benefits, and confidential compensation data.

Must Have
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in HR
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
- Language: Excellent communication skills in English
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.
Self-motivated and capable of managing HR operations independently
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of German labor law and HR compliance
- Proficiency in Odoo HRMS is a plus
- Experience with remote and international teams is a plus
- Good communication skills German is a strong plus
