Position Overview
We're seeking a skilled Fast Food Chef who specializes in shawarma, broasted chicken, and quick-service meals. From marinating and slicing shawarma to frying crispy chicken and assembling high-quality sandwiches, you’ll be central to our fast-paced kitchen operations.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can balance speed and quality, operate with precision under pressure, and contribute to a growing menu.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook shawarma (meat and chicken) from marination to slicing and plating
- Handle full preparation of broasted and crispy chicken (cutting, seasoning, coating, frying)
- Assemble a range of quick meals and sandwiches (e.g., burgers, cordon bleu, filet, falafel, halloumi)
- Apply efficient cooking techniques to maintain speed, quantity, and consistency
- Ensure daily cleaning and upkeep of shawarma and frying equipment
- Manage takeaway and delivery orders smoothly and on time
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in fast food or quick-service restaurant kitchens
- Skilled in operating shawarma machines, industrial fryers, and sandwich prep stations
- Strong ability to balance speed with quality and presentation
- Recognized culinary certificate or proven professional experience
- Full commitment to food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Fluency in Arabic and German (required); English is a plus
