By combining legal guidance, document review, and communication coaching, this role ensures candidates are confident, compliant, and well-prepared — directly enhancing visa approval success and reinforcing DastN’s reputation as a trusted relocation partner in Germany.”

Responsibilities
- Candidate Preparation & Orientation Assess candidate readiness, review visa documents, explain the legal basis of visa types, and ensure full understanding of processes and supporting files.
- Embassy Interview Coaching Conduct mock interviews, train candidates on common and visa-specific questions, provide coaching materials, and tailor preparation for special cases (families, investors, students).
- Specialized Coordination Collaborate with Visa Process Specialists and external experts (legal, tax, insurance) to address complex cases, review additional materials, and prepare family members for joint interviews.
- Documentation & Reporting Record preparation sessions, track interview outcomes, analyze approval rates, and maintain updated libraries of embassy questions, policy changes, and success patterns.
- Collaboration with Testing Teams Coordinate language, technical, or domain-specific assessments, integrate results into preparation plans, and ensure proper documentation and communication with supervisors.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Law, Linguistics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in embassy interview coaching, immigration consultancy, or visa support roles.
- Strong understanding of German visa categories, immigration procedures, and embassy protocols.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German (additional languages are an asset).
- Ability to coach and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of relocation processes, document verification, and visa compliance.
- High organizational accuracy and strong interpersonal empathy.
