We’re seeking an Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the way in customizing and deploying Odoo Enterprise for our needs.
Position Overview
The Sales Assistant is a key support role within the Sales Department, responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations, accurate CRM data management, and effective coordination between team members and other departments. This role enables Sales Executives to focus on client communication, negotiations, and deal closures by managing back-office tasks, reporting, and workflow automation. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- 1.CRM Management: Enter and maintain accurate lead data in Odoo, audit records, and keep digital files organized.
- 2.Lead & Scheduling Support: Assign leads, schedule consultation calls, send reminders, and manage rescheduling.
- 3.Document & Proposal Handling: Prepare standardized templates, upload client documents, and track version control.
- 4.Reporting & KPIs: Generate regular sales reports, highlight urgent leads, and maintain KPI dashboards.
- 5.Administrative Support: Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and internal teams on contracts, payments, and onboarding.
- 6.Workflow Optimization: Configure CRM alerts, customize dashboards, and recommend efficiency improvements.
- 7.Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance; support internal meetings.
- 8.Compliance & Quality: Ensure GDPR compliance, support audits, and promote data protection best practices.
Must Have
- • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- • Experience in an administrative, sales support, or CRM management role.
- • Proficiency with CRM tools (Odoo preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills
- • Experience in B2B service industries, preferably recruitment, relocation, or professional services.
- • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
- • Multilingual skills (German and English required; additional languages an advantage).
