With an expanding team and client base, we’re building an advanced digital infrastructure from ERP systems to our website. We’re seeking an Odoo ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the way in customizing and deploying Odoo Enterprise for our needs.

Position Overview

The Relocation Services Manager oversees the entire relocation function, ensuring operational excellence from candidate preparation to final settlement in Germany. This role requires strategic leadership, process optimization, and strong coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality relocation services to both B2B and B2C clients.


Responsibilities

  • 1. Define departmental strategies and align them with the company’s business objectives. 
  • 2. Supervise the Customer Preparation Unit and Relocation Execution Unit, ensuring balanced workload distribution. 
  • 3. Monitor service quality, compliance, and adherence to timelines for all relocation projects. 
  • 4. Approve escalated cases and exceptions requiring management intervention. 
  • 5. Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth handovers and client satisfaction. 
  • 6. Conduct performance reviews for team members and design professional development plans. 
  • 7. Analyze KPI reports and implement improvement initiatives.
  •  8. Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships. 

Must Have

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 
  • • 7+ years of progressive experience in operations or relocation management. 
  • • Proven leadership and team management skills. 
  • • In-depth knowledge of relocation, visa, and recognition processes. 
  • • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools (Odoo is a strong plus) 

Preferred Skills

  •  • Master’s degree in Business or International Management. 
  • • Multilingual capabilities (German and English required). 
  • • Experience in international HR or global mobility.
