As our Marketing Operations Coordinator, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our marketing department—managing processes, streamlining documentation, and coordinating web and podcast content production. Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Support the execution of marketing initiatives by tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring cross-team alignment.
- Content Management: Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Odoo).
- Podcast Support: Prepare guest questions, coordinate episode logistics, and ensure timely publishing.
- Documentation & Reporting: Organize marketing assets, prepare internal reports, and keep project documentation current.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency within marketing processes.
Must Have
- 1–3 years in marketing coordination, operations, or project support roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working with CMS tools (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, Odoo)
- Able to manage backend tasks like editing, scheduling, and content publishing
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital content creation or publishing
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar)
- A systems thinker who enjoys optimizing workflows and improving documentation
