Position Overview

As our Customer Preparation Unit Head, you’ll Oversee the preparation of candidates, ensuring all pre-relocation requirements are met to a high standard.


Responsibilities

  • 1. Assign preparation tasks to team members. 
  • 2. Monitor readiness and assessment results. 
  • 3. Ensure alignment with client requirements. 
  • 4. Coordinate with the execution unit for smooth transition post-acceptance. 
  • 5. Resolve escalations. 
  • 6. Report KPIs to the manager. 
  • 7. Conduct quality audits of preparation work. 
  • 8. Recommend training or process improvements

Must Have

  •   • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 
  •  •  4+ years of progressive experience in operations or relocation management. 
  •  •  Proven administrative experience.
  • •  In-depth knowledge of relocation, Profile Development and Interview Preparation.
  • •  Language: Excellent communication skills in English
  • •  Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • •  Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • •  Familiarity with CRM or project management tools (Odoo is a strong plus)

Preferred Skills

  •  • Experience in international HR or global mobility.
  •  • Knowledge of GDPR compliance in document handling.
  •  • German communication skills
