We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Supervisor to lead our customer support operations and ensure service excellence in line with international standards.

Position Overview

The Customer Care Supervisor leads post-sale service operations within the Relocation department, ensuring consistent communication, client satisfaction, and seamless coordination. By managing follow-ups, feedback, and reporting, the role guarantees transparency and service excellence — reinforcing DastN’s reputation as a trusted global relocation partner.

Responsibilities

  •  Post-Sale Supervision: Lead the client journey from sale completion to full service delivery, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Client Communication: Act as the main contact point, organize meetings, and manage communication records through ERP systems.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Ensure accuracy of client documentation, deliver reports and updates, and comply with GDPR standards.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Gather client feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Visa, Assessment, Preparation, Sales, and Planning units to maintain smooth workflows and aligned expectations.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Relationship Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service or client management, preferably in an international services environment.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  •  Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with ERP or project management systems (Odoo is a strong plus).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities in high-pressure environments.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving processes and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of visa, relocation, or international service procedures.
  •  Understanding of GDPR and data protection practices.
  • Ethical and compliant approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  •  Multilingual proficiency (German and English required; additional languages preferred).
