Position Overview

Advising clients on implementing and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. You will leverage your expertise in popular CRM platforms to enhance client business processes, improve customer engagement, and drive overall growth.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored CRM solutions using platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics365, SAP CRM, or HubSpot.
  • Customize and configure CRM systems to align with client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems like ERP and marketing automation tools.
  • Analyze CRM data to develop customer segmentation strategies, manage leads, and generate comprehensive reports for informed decision-making.
  • Utilize scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Apex for Salesforce) and automation tools to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on CRM functionality and best practices, ensuring they maximize the potential of their CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in CRM technology to recommend innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Expertise in popular CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics365, SAP CRM, or HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated experience in customizing CRM systems and integrating them with other business applications.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM data for customer segmentation, lead management, and detailed reporting.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools for process enhancement.
  • Typically, 3-5 years of experience in CRM implementation, customization, and consulting.
