We are looking for a Consulting Supervisor to join our team and contribute to business development.
Position Overview
The Consulting Supervisor is responsible for managing and coaching DastN’s in‑house sales consultants who handle incoming leads via the company’s ERP system and marketing campaigns. The role combines supervision and direct sales work: you’ll support your team to meet targets and also contribute to sales yourself. Reporting to the Consulting Manager, you ensure that all internal consultants follow company policies, make effective use of the CRM, and deliver a high‑quality client experience.

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership – Supervise and mentor the internal consulting team, ensuring they understand service offerings, use the CRM/ERP correctly and follow best practices in lead follow‑up and client management.
- Sales Execution – Take an active role in selling, including handling leads assigned directly to you, conducting discovery calls, preparing proposals and closing deals.
- Training & Development – Deliver training sessions on the sales process, product knowledge and CRM usage, and coach consultants on how to improve conversion rates.
- Performance Monitoring – Use ERP dashboards and KPIs to track individual and team performance, provide feedback and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Compliance & Quality Control – Ensure all sales activities are documented in the CRM and comply with DastN’s policies and data‑protection regulations.
- Reporting – Compile regular reports on pipeline status, sales results and consultant performance for the Consulting Manager.
- Cross‑Department Coordination – Work with Marketing to align lead generation efforts and with Finance to ensure accurate commission calculations and reports.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field.
- 4–6 years of experience in consulting, sales, or customer management.
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills; comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Proven sales track record with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Commitment to ethical standards, client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2C/B2B service industries, preferably recruitment, relocation, or professional services.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
- Multilingual skills (English and German required).
