We are seeking an experienced Consulting Supervisor (Independent Consultant) to provide strategic oversight, ensure operational excellence, and guide client projects with professionalism and impact.
Position Overview
The Consulting Supervisor is responsible for attracting and converting affiliates, influencers, partners and qualified leads into independent consultants for DastN’s sales team, while also carrying out direct sales activities. This role combines business development with team supervision: you will recruit and train independent consultants, manage their performance metrics and provide guidance, all while selling DastN’s services yourself. You do not oversee existing affiliate programs; instead, you identify and nurture prospects to join the independent consultant network.

Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition and Conversion – Plan and execute campaigns to attract affiliates, influencers, partners and potential customers, showcasing the benefits of joining DastN as independent consultants.
- Relationship Building – Engage with prospective affiliates, influencers and partners, providing information and resources to persuade them to become independent sales representatives.
- Onboarding and Training – Manage the contracting process for new independent consultants and provide training on DastN’s services and systems (ERP/CRM).
- Sales Execution – Conduct direct sales activities, including handling leads, preparing proposals and closing deals in addition to your supervisory duties.
- Performance Monitoring – Track independent consultants’ performance using dashboards and KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Internal Coordination – Work closely with Marketing to align recruitment campaigns, and with Finance and Operations to ensure proper commission processing and compliance.
- Policy Adherence – Ensure that all activities comply with data‑protection laws (e.g., GDPR) and DastN’s internal policies.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field.
- 4–6 years of experience in consulting, sales, or customer management.
- knowledge of how to attract and nurture independent sales talent.
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills; comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Proven sales track record with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Commitment to ethical standards, client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2C/B2B service industries, preferably recruitment, relocation, or professional services.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
- Multilingual capabilities (German /A1-A2/- and English /B1 - B2/ required; additional languages an advantage).
