We are looking for a Consulting Manager to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to international transport projects, support clients in their transition phases, and provide tailored consulting solutions in a dynamic global environment.

Position Overview

The Consulting Executive is a key member of DastN’s consulting department, responsible for executing day‑to‑day sales activities and providing administrative support. Working under the guidance of the Consulting Manager, this role manages client communications, prepares proposals and contracts, ensures smooth handover to the operations team, and maintains accurate records in the CRM system. The Consulting Executive collaborates closely with other departments to ensure timely and high‑quality service delivery, contributing to the overall growth of the consulting unit.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Lead Management – Identify and qualify prospects, handle inquiries from potential clients, and liaise with the marketing team to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Proposal and Contract Preparation – Draft and send formal proposals and service agreements that meet company policies and data‑protection requirements.
  • Operations Coordination – Work with the Operations and Finance teams to ensure that services are delivered on schedule and clients are billed correctly, monitoring progress and communicating with customers as needed.
  • CRM and Data Management – Accurately enter and update client and opportunity data in the Odoo CRM, tracking the status of leads, proposals and contracts.
  • Reporting – Generate regular performance and sales reports for the Consulting Manager, tracking key indicators such as conversion rates and revenue.
  • Administrative Support – Assist the Consulting Manager with scheduling, preparing presentation materials and following up on outstanding tasks.
  • Compliance – Ensure that all communications, contracts and data entries comply with DastN’s policies and relevant data‑protection regulations.

Must Have

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • 2 years of Experience in an customer service, sales support, administrative, or CRM management role.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ERP tools (Odoo preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with an ability to manage client interactions professionally.
  • Collaborative and team‑oriented, yet capable of working independently when required.
  • Committed to ethical conduct and protecting client confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2C and B2B service industries, preferably recruitment, relocation, or professional services.
  • Awareness of data‑protection regulations (GDPR) and willingness to adhere to compliance standards Multilingual skills (B2/C1 English required; A2 in German; additional languages an advantage).
