As our HR Manager / People & Culture Lead, you will lead the HR department from A to Z, with a primary focus on development and restructuring. Responsibilities
- Formulating and building HR systems and policies.
- Designing and developing internal mechanisms and procedures.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process.
- Leading Onboarding & Offboarding programs
- Performance management and establishing clear KPIs.
- Employee development and capacity building.
- Preparing training and development plans.
- Addressing organizational and structural challenges.
- Creating a professional and sustainable employee experience.
