Position Overview
Guiding and mentoring teams in Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving Agile transformations across the organization. Your expertise will help teams enhance their performance and deliver high-quality products effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor teams in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, ensuring they understand and effectively apply Agile principles.
- Facilitate Agile transformations within the organization, working closely with leadership and teams to implement best practices and improve processes.
- Assess team dynamics and performance, providing actionable feedback and strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and goals, helping to prioritize work effectively.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance Agile knowledge and skills across the organization.
- Support multiple teams in their Agile journey, adapting coaching techniques to meet the unique needs of each team and organization.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the organization’s Agile capabilities.
Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred. While a specific degree isn’t mandatory, having a solid foundation in project management, software development, or organizational change is beneficial.
- Extensive experience in Agile environments, with several years working as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in a similar role. Experience with Agile transformations, coaching multiple teams, and working across different industries is highly valued.
