Position Overview
The Agencies Supervisor is responsible for building and managing a robust network of partner agencies for DastN. This includes identifying and recruiting suitable agencies, negotiating and signing partnership agreements, training agencies on the company’s products and systems, and monitoring their performance. The supervisor coordinates marketing, operational, financial and sales activities between the agencies and internal teams, acts as the primary liaison, ensures quality service for clients generated through agencies, and participates in program development and sales activities.

Responsibilities
- Agency Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify and engage potential agency partners, negotiate contracts, and develop onboarding programs to expand the agency network.
- Training & Support: Provide training on company products and ERP/CRM systems, monitor performance through KPIs, and offer continuous guidance.
- Relationship & Coordination Management: Act as the main contact for agencies, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal departments to streamline operations.
- Client Tracking & Lead Distribution: Ensure quality service for clients referred by agencies, update agencies on client status, and allocate leads to consultants.
- Reporting & Quality Control: Prepare performance and commission reports, ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards, and deliver improvement recommendations to senior management.
Must Have.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience of experience in partner or channel management or sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred) or affiliate tracking platforms
- Strong problem solving and time management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously.
- Passion for building networks and partnerships to achieve long-term objectives.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B service industries, preferably recruitment, relocation, or professional services.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
- Multilingual skills (Fluency in English required; German an advantage).
- High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality.
