We are looking for an Affiliate Supervisor to join our team and support our business growth.
Position Overview
The Affiliate Supervisor is responsible for designing and managing DastN’s affiliate program. The role encompasses recruiting new affiliates through marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing department to promote the program, training and motivating partners, and monitoring their performance. The supervisor also develops program policies and expansion strategies, follows up on clients generated through affiliates, ensures smooth service delivery, assigns those clients to internal consultants, and participates directly in sales activities.

Responsibilities
- Affiliate Recruitment & Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns to attract new partners, prepare promotional materials, and identify effective engagement channels.
- Program Management: Develop policies, set objectives, review affiliate applications, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Training & Motivation: Provide training on company systems, design incentive schemes, and deliver ongoing support to affiliates.
- Client Follow‑Up: Track clients acquired through affiliates, ensure quality service, and coordinate lead distribution internally.
- Cross‑Department Coordination: Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, with finance on commission payments, and with consultants on lead handling.
- Partner Relations: Maintain strong relationships, resolve issues promptly, and collect feedback for program improvement.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor affiliate performance via ERP tools, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to management.
- Compliance & Sales Participation: Ensure adherence to company policies and GDPR regulations, and participate in sales activities when required.
Must Have
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in affiliate programs, partnerships or digital marketing.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with experience in training and guiding partners.
- Supervision and coaching skills
- Ability to design motivational plans and analyze performance data for decision‑making.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo preferred) or affiliate tracking platforms
- Strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B service industries, preferably recruitment, relocation, or professional services.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices, and Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Multilingual skills (English required; German an advantage).
