A good start in Germany
We guide new arrivals through their first steps in Germany, so that they can settle into work and everyday life.
Less travel, less paper
Most consultations and interviews take place online, much of our team works remotely, and we handle documents digitally wherever the authorities allow it.
Global goals as orientation
We use the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals as orientation for our work, in particular gender equality (goal 5), decent work (goal 8) and reduced inequalities (goal 10). This is our own orientation, not a certification or a partnership with the United Nations.
