As a rule, the employer in Germany instructs and pays us for the placement. Whether any costs could arise for you, we tell you in the first call, before you agree to anything. In nursing you never pay us anything. A fee from you is only possible with a written placement contract that states the amount (Section 296(1) SGB III). Any placement fee is governed by German law (Section 296 SGB III): at most EUR 2,000 including VAT, due only once an employment contract has come about through our placement, and no advance payments. For placement into vocational training (Ausbildung), the law allows only the employer to pay a fee (Section 296a SGB III). Authority fees, for example for the visa or recognition, may also apply.

No placement fee can be due before an employment contract has come about through the placement. Authority and document costs are separate.

The authority sets the visa fee. Who bears it depends on the agreement. We settle that with you in the first call, before you agree to anything.
