The agency must stick to the agency territory that will be determined through the agency agreement. The agency is responsible for providing all equipment, employees, and offices required under DastN's specifications. The agency must have a credible number of relationships within the technology business market in the agency territory The agency can only sell the types of services/ solutions provided by DastN and cannot sell these kinds of services from any other provider The agency is committed to the prices provided by DastN and DastN's partner-ships. Agency agreement: An agency agreement is meant to define the scope and limits- of the authority of the agent. The agreement states the rights of DastN's that must be reserved and deter-mine how the agency will act on behalf of DastN through contraction and services/so-lutions delivery and determine how the two parties should act in case of agreement breach
